Franklin First is a modest-sized church that has a family feel.
We have a few main goals:
- to grow in our faith journey, whether we are seasoned believers or just getting started
- to welcome new friends, and
- to serve our community by being the hands and feet of Jesus.

Get Ready for “A Croppin' Good Time”
Are you a scrapbooking enthusiast looking for an event to spark your creativity and meet fellow crafters? Look no further! Franklin First UMC is hosting “A Croppin' Good Time” on
Friday, March 7, 2025, from 6:00 pm to 11:00 pm, and
Saturday, March 8, 2025, from 9:00 am to 8:00 pm.
This 16-hour scrapbooking extravaganza promises to be a joyful and productive experience for all attendees.
Event Details:
- Location: Franklin First UMC, 303 South Main Street, Franklin, OH 45005
- Registration Cost: $50
- Included:
- A 5-foot round or rectangular table for your crafting needs
- Saturday brunch and a salad & potato bar dinner
- Electrical outlets and Wi-Fi (please bring your own extension cord)

We are thrilled to announce the grand opening of our Angel Shop for the prom season on February 2nd! Get ready to find the perfect dress, accessories, and everything you need to shine on your special night—all at no charge.

🕧 Hours: Open every Sunday from 12:30 PM to 2:00 PM throughout the prom season 📍
Location: Under the green steeple at 303 S. Main St., Franklin, OH
Our Angel Shop offers gently used formal wear for both male and female students. Everything is free, ensuring everyone has the chance to look their best for prom. We are always accepting donations of gently used, clean attire to keep our shop stocked and ready for every student in need.
Bring your friends and family to browse, shop, and enjoy a delightful experience with us. We can't wait to see you there!

"The Message of Jesus" - Lenten Bible Study
"The Message of Jesus" - Lenten Bible Study
Mark your calendars for this year’s Lenten Bible study on the book “The Message of Jesus” written by Rev. Adam Hamilton.
This six week study will run on Sunday evenings beginning at 5:30 p.m., March 9, 16, 23, 30 and April 6 & 13.
Our time will start with a light meal followed by a lesson.
What did Jesus actually teach? What sayings have been attributed to him that he never said? Our curriculum will focus on Jesus’ words concerning:
1. The Kingdom of God
2. The Sermon on the Mount
3. The parables
4. The “I am” sayings in the Gospel of John
5. Jesus’ final words
6. The resurrection and the life
Pastor Laura will lead the class. Please sign up with link below or
