Mother's Day - Music Sunday
Music Sunday is coming on May 10—beautifully aligned with Mother’s Day—and our talented music groups are tuning up for a powerful morning of worship centered on the theme "God’s Love, Mother’s Love."
From our choirs to our instrumental ensembles, each group is preparing uplifting pieces that explore the beautiful harmony between the nurturing heart of a mother and the infinite grace of our Creator. Through every note and lyric, we will celebrate how these two profound loves shape our lives and our faith.
This is a wonderful Sunday to invite friends, neighbors, and family to join you. Come honor the mothers in your life and experience a worship service where the message of God’s devotion is shared in a way only music can—filled with harmony, joy, and heartfelt praise.

Hosted by: Franklin First UMC & Hope UMC
Blast off on a faith‑filled adventure! Kids will explore God’s love and learn how they’re on a mission to share God’s light with the world.
Through music, games, Bible stories, hands‑on fun, and creative activities, children will discover that God’s love is bigger than the universe—and meant to be shared!

A Croppin' Good Time
A Croppin' Good Time

Get ready for a weekend of creativity, connection, and non‑stop crafting fun!
A Croppin’ Good Time is a two‑day scrapbooking and crafting event designed for anyone who loves preserving memories and spending time with friends who share the same passion.
Join us Friday, September 11, from 6–11 PM, and Saturday, September 12, from 9 AM–8 PM for sixteen hours of dedicated crafting time. Spread out your supplies, work on long‑awaited projects, learn new techniques, and enjoy the energy of a room full of creative minds all working side by side.
Whether you’re a seasoned scrapbooker or just starting out, you’ll have plenty of time to create, laugh, and make progress on your projects. Saturday brunch and dinner are included, so you can stay focused on crafting without interruption.
Mark your calendar, gather your favorite supplies, and plan to enjoy a truly croppin’ good time with friends old and new!
